Remote Office Manager / Dispatcher – Plumbing Company (FieldPulse, QuickBooks)

About the role

Offshore Launch is a business and growth operations firm that helps home service owners scale their operations. You will be the remote office manager for a family owned plumbing company in the US, owning the office end to end and serving as the administrative backbone.

What you'll do

• Answer all customer calls, texts, and online leads and log them the same day
• Own the dispatch board, book arrival windows, and assign field staff and equipment
• Track job status from booking through invoicing and coordinate returns or follow ups
• Review estimates, update statuses, and close out completed or stalled estimates
• Process payments, verify payroll inputs, and track commissions and hours
• Maintain permits, COIs, and daily end of day reporting to the owners

What they're looking for

• 2+ years in an office manager, dispatcher, CSR, or operations coordinator role
• Experience answering customer calls and texts as part of daily duties
• Experience owning a schedule or dispatch board for a field team
• Hands on use of at least one field service platform (FieldPulse, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Workiz, etc.)
• Clear, confident written and spoken English for US homeowners
• Reliable remote setup with stable internet and quiet workspace
