Equity Administrator

About the role

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company delivering voice, creative, and API platforms. This role owns the day to day running of the equity programme, including cap table maintenance, grants, vesting, exercises and liaising with Finance, Legal and People to implement board approved decisions and communications.

What you'll do

• Maintain the cap table to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
• Administer equity across multiple jurisdictions and global participants
• Process grants, vesting, exercises, terminations and settlements
• Coordinate with Tax and Payroll on equity related matters
• Support 409A work and local valuations as needed
• Automate repetitive equity workflows using available tools and AI where appropriate

What they're looking for

• Hands on experience administering equity in a cap table or stock plan platform (eg Carta)
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and globally mobile participants
• Strong understanding of stock options, RSUs, vesting, and related tax schemes
• Experience reconciling equity data with People, Talent, Payroll and Accounting
• Knowledge of US GAAP and local reporting requirements for equity
• Clear communication, discretion with confidential information and process documentation
