Own the agent experience across universal chat, including status, input prompts, and reporting results.
Design interactions for creating artifacts, apps, and automations built on context and show outputs to customers.
Incorporate cost estimation and credit-approval steps into chat so customers understand action costs.
Establish evaluation practices to prove readiness before launch and guide changes after real user feedback.
Design trust mechanisms for customer calibration of agent output, including handling failure and uncertainty.
Prototype in code, engage in open pull requests, and ship proposals directly into the codebase with engineering.
