The Virtual Office Manager will serve as the administrative backbone of a family-owned plumbing company in Temple, Texas, handling administrative tasks through documented Standard Operating Procedures, and you will work full-time with the client while the agency provides ongoing support.

What you'll do

• Manage owner and team inboxes daily.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians, including job closeout protocols.
• Oversee accounts receivable follow-up, invoice tracking, and payment reminders.
• Convert meeting notes into actionable items and calendar reminders.
• Track project milestones and notifications.
• Prepare and manage permit applications and renewals.
