Netlify’s Data team helps the company understand and improve the full product led growth journey. You will own the end to end analytical understanding of Netlify’s PLG performance and influence product and growth strategy with data, experiments, and recommendations.
What you'll do
Own the analytical understanding of PLG performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention
Partner with Product and Engineering to turn behavioral insights into product bets and define tests
Lead experimentation from hypothesis through decision, including study design and metrics
Apply statistical rigor and build scalable analytical systems and proactive monitoring
Use AI to accelerate investigation, automate recurring work, and surface patterns
Identify gaps in measurement and collaborate to close them
