Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the role

Netlify is a product led growth company with strong organic top of funnel. As Senior Manager, Demand Generation and Performance Marketing, you will own paid acquisition end to end including strategy, channel selection, budget, and agency relationships.

What you'll do

• Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end across paid search, paid social, retargeting, and other channels.
• Design tests to determine where paid channels add incremental value and decide scaling or pausing spend.
• Manage agency relationships, briefs, targets, and decisions on bringing work in-house as the function matures.
• Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend.
• Partner with Marketing Operations on attribution and UTM tracking before scaling spend.
• Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify’s ICP and collaborate on paid creative messaging.

• 6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in B2B SaaS or product-led growth.
• Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself.
• Proven track record building or scaling paid acquisition programs at early stages with infrastructure to support growth.
• Experience managing external agencies or partners with clear performance expectations.
• Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement and collaboration with Marketing Ops or Data teams.
• Experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or in a PLG environment with large organic and self-serve funnels.
