Finance Manager (Corporate Finance)

About the role

Netlify's Finance team builds the financial foundation to plan, operate, and inform decisions. As Finance Manager, you own the core corporate finance cycle from monthly reporting and forecasting to planning and KPI reporting. This hands-on role offers room to improve models, automation, and tooling as Netlify scales.

What you'll do

• Own the 3-statement operating model and driver-based forecast, with structural changes as the business scales.
• Lead annual planning with templates, scenario models, and turning priorities into assumptions and targets.
• Build and maintain the company KPI layer (ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, Rule of 40) and explain monthly movements.
• Develop scenario models for capital and headcount decisions and support department budget tracking.
• Automate close and forecast processes using AI and improved tooling to reduce cycle time.

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably in SaaS; strong modeling and scenario analysis; IB/consulting background acceptable but modeling is essential.
• Proven ability to build 3-statement models from scratch with scenario and sensitivity analysis and to make structural changes.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and core accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and comfort with large data sets; SQL familiarity is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics and their drivers and ability to discuss which matter at our stage; experience partnering with non-finance leaders and building AI workflows.
