Growth Manager, Paid Media

About the role

GiveDirectly works to deliver cash transfers to people living in poverty across multiple countries. As Growth Manager, Paid Media, you will own the end to end paid media program for Individual Giving and help expand spend and impact across major platforms.

What you'll do

• Manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok for Individual Giving
• Coordinate upper funnel media buys with the VP of Marketing
• Negotiate contracts, create ads, publish campaigns and monitor performance
• Build tracking and attribution systems to drive donor growth
• Test and optimize across creative, audience, messaging and landing pages
• Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure integrated campaigns

What they're looking for

• 3-5+ years in growth or performance marketing with paid media experience
• Experience managing a paid media budget of at least US$5M per year
• Strong data driven approach and multivariable testing capability
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and own creative direction
• Experience with or strong eye for graphic design tools such as Figma or Canva
• Excellent written communication and cross functional collaboration skills
