About the role

Netlify's Customer Success team ensures customers get lasting value from the platform from onboarding through renewal and beyond. As a Customer Success Associate, you will own a book of 120+ SMB accounts with about $2M ARR, focusing on engagement, value delivery, and renewal readiness. This is an entry-level role with mentorship from senior teammates.

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day relationship for your book of accounts as primary contact and keep customers engaged and successful.
• Build dashboards and workflows to track renewal timelines, health signals, engagement, and expansion indicators.
• Lead renewal conversations, handle objections, and negotiate terms on renewals and small expansions, looping in Sales when needed.
• Track and forecast your renewal book, surface risks early, and create action plans.
• Use product usage data to demonstrate value in renewals and check-ins, and identify adoption opportunities.
