Experiential Marketing Manager

About the role

Consensys is building the open money platform and MetaMask as a self custodial wallet for global users. This role leads experiential marketing for real world events, conferences, partnerships, and VIP experiences that connect traders, creators, partners, and builders with MetaMask.

What you'll do

• Lead end to end production of events across regions including APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and on site execution from brief to recap.
• Coordinate cross functionally with product, marketing, BD and external partners to turn briefs into event plans.
• Develop formats, session flow, speaker coordination, and programming for events and panels.
• Track post event results and write recaps with learnings to inform future events.
• Build playbooks and use AI tools to improve event operations and repeatability.

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in event production, experiential marketing or brand activations.
• Experience with large format or competitive live events and multi city or international programs.
• Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors and contracts under tight deadlines.
• Experience delivering premium or invite only experiences for high value guests.
• Strong initiative, strategic and creative judgment, and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Based in the US or EU and willing to travel up to 20 percent of the year.
