GTM Operations Manager

About the role

RevenueCat provides infrastructure and tools for app monetization. This GTM Operations Manager will own the workflows that connect our go-to-market teams, focusing on end-to-end processes from lead sign up to lifecycle execution and data quality.

What you'll do

• Own selected GTM workflows end-to-end from problem to rollout and ongoing improvement
• Make lead and account handoffs dependable with data enrichment, routing, alerts, and visibility
• Put lifecycle programs into production in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Growth
• Document workflows, enable users, gather feedback, and drive adoption
• Build automation and AI-enhanced processes that save time and improve quality
• Maintain data connectivity across systems and monitor workflow health

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in GTM, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations
• Practical Salesforce experience with understanding of objects, relationships, fields, and data movement
• Experience building in marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Iterable
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and ability to explain impact and results
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical judgment, with ability to trace issues across systems
• Ownership and follow-through with ability to drive problems to resolution
