Senior Events Manager- EMEA

About the role

Camunda is an enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling coordination of AI agents, people, and systems across complex business processes. In this role you will own the EMEA events portfolio, from flagship conferences to roadshows, and drive end-to-end execution and impact for the region.

What you'll do

• Own and execute the EMEA flagship and portfolio event strategy and KPIs
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, sponsors, and vendors across events
• Lead end-to-end event delivery including speaker coordination and attendee engagement
• Architect and scale the CamundaLocals program across the region
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and partnerships to align events with priorities
• Develop compelling agendas, recruit speakers, and design engaging formats

• 7+ years of events management experience with 3+ years leading large-scale flagship events
• Proven track record managing multi-event portfolios with budgets and ROI analysis
• Deep understanding of EMEA markets and multi-country event management experience
• Exceptional project management, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and ability to influence executives
• Experience with event technology platforms and managing multiple events simultaneously
