Senior Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Brex is an intelligent finance platform offering spend management and related services to companies in over 200 markets. This role owns the field marketing motion for the Commercial segment, including strategy, planning, and programs that generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities.

What you'll do

• Own the field marketing strategy, annual plan, budget, and pipeline goals for the Commercial segment
• Partner with Commercial Sales leadership to align planning across Marketing, Sales, and SDR
• Build integrated campaigns combining in-person events, digital programs, partner activations, webinars, and ABM plays
• Test new ideas, define success criteria, and turn effective approaches into repeatable plays
• Track results and present performance to senior Marketing and Sales leaders

What they're looking for

• 7+ years in B2B field marketing, demand gen, ABM, or related roles in SaaS or fintech
• Experience owning marketing strategy for a defined customer segment, region, or sales organization
• Strong track record of sourcing and accelerating pipeline through integrated programs
• Fluency in marketing and pipeline metrics with ability to analyze and explain results
• Strong project management and executive communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40 for events, meetings, and customer programs
