Camunda is an enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling coordination of AI agents, people, and systems across complex processes. This role owns the design, implementation, and governance of the enterprise sales compensation program and partners with GTM leadership, Finance, and People Operations.
What you'll do
Design annual sales compensation programs for all eligible roles and adjust for market conditions
Benchmark against market data, conduct pay equity analysis, and recommend adjustments
Design commission structures, accelerators, quotas, and incentive mechanics
Lead cross-functional design reviews before program launches
Manage end-to-end program launch calendar and stakeholder communications
Configure programs in Xactly and SFDC, test calculations, and ensure data integrity

8+ years in sales compensation, incentive design, or revenue operations
Experience designing compensation programs for multiple sales roles in software or SaaS
Proficiency with sales compensation platforms (Xactly, Anaplan, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent)
Strong data analysis, Excel skills, and CRM configuration experience (Salesforce preferred)
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
Project management experience and ability to influence without authority
