What you'll do
Own the long term RCM product strategy, roadmap, operating model, and prioritization across internal workflows and external platforms
Develop deep understanding of user, customer, operational, and payer needs across the revenue lifecycle
Identify and sequence product opportunities using user research, data, regulatory and payer requirements, and implementation risk
Translate strategy into market requirements, data-flow definitions, integration requirements, MVP scope, and roadmaps
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, PMO, RCM Operations, Market Access, Finance, and vendors
Lead launch readiness, adoption, stakeholder communication, and post-launch measurement
