Revenue Operations Manager - EMEA

About the role

LaunchDarkly is a platform for feature management and software delivery. This role is the Revenue Operations Manager for the EMEA region, owning regional GTM operations from pipeline to forecast and beyond in collaboration with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success leaders.

What you'll do

• Own the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and business review cadence with data-driven insights.
• Partner with regional GTM leaders to turn strategy into repeatable operational playbooks.
• Manage intake for EMEA field requests and route them to the appropriate operations teams.
• Collaborate on adoption of new motions and launches with Enablement, then monitor uptake.
• Provide visibility into risks, pipeline health, and performance against targets.
• Translate territory insights into planning inputs for FP&A and GTM teams.

• 8 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, or GTM operations or equivalent.
• Experience supporting EMEA GTM teams in a regional-focused capacity.
• Proven ability to run forecast, pipeline, and business reviews with senior leaders.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience and ability to write clear business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority.
