About the role

Aptura is an applied AI and data company that trains AI systems on real professional work. This role owns writing realistic Excel tasks drawn from real estate work, testing how AI performs real modelling tasks, and creating precise evaluation criteria.

What you'll do

• Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from your own real estate work
• Extend existing models, fix broken ones, and build from a brief
• Work through each task to produce a clear correct answer
• Develop yes-or-no criteria precise enough for graders to assess attempts
• Provide input workbooks and briefs, ensuring data is sanitised or publicly sourced
• Collaborate to ensure task evaluation aligns with frontier AI models

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in real estate private equity, development, REITs or lending
• Deep hands-on Excel with acquisition and development models, waterfalls, circular references, goal seek and financial functions
• Experience across asset classes such as office, residential, industrial, retail, hospitality or data centres
• Strong written English communication and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn concepts in AI and evaluations
