What you'll do
- Own ML projects end to end from exploration through production deployment
- Build agentic LLM systems with tool use, retrieval, and orchestration
- Develop evaluation as core engineering work with offline and online harnesses
- Improve model quality via prompting, retrieval, distillation, or fine tuning
- Work across data prep, model serving, monitoring, and production feedback loops
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Engineering and mentor engineers
