Only what the assistant sends when it uses a RemoteWork tool, such as the words of a job search or the job you asked it to save. RemoteWork never sees the rest of your conversation.
ChatGPT and Claude decide which plans can add custom connectors and move these settings now and then. If you can't see the option, check your plan, or ask your workspace admin to allow custom connectors.
Yes, with any app that can connect to a remote MCP server over HTTP, such as Claude Code or VS Code. Use the same addresses. To connect your account, the app needs to support OAuth sign-in.
