Outside Sales Representative (International)

About the role

The company provides technology services including managed IT, fiber and VoIP, and this role focuses on outside sales to build B2B relationships, qualify prospects, and close business after training. The position starts with inside sales tasks and progresses to client meetings and closing deals.

What you'll do

• Scrub calls and set appointments with prospects
• Shadow existing Outside Sales Representatives during training
• Meet with clients and close business after completing training phases
• Achieve KPIs such as appointments set per week and call volume targets
• Engage in B2B sales for services including managed IT, fiber and VoIP

What they're looking for

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Strong English language skills, both spoken and written
• Ability to work full time 40 hours per week and EST hours
• Home office setup with a suitable computer, internet and headset
• Comfort with performance-based pay including commissions
