Project Manager (International)

About the role

The company provides IT services and managed solutions and is seeking a Project Manager to lead client facing technical projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring on time, on scope delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

This role owns end to end project planning, execution, risk management and cross functional collaboration across internal teams and clients.

What you'll do

• Lead end to end IT project delivery including infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations
• Create and manage schedules, budgets, tasks and communications using internal tools
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and handoffs
• Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
• Monitor milestones and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with ITS standards
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for stakeholders

What they're looking for

• 3+ years of leading technical project deployments in MSP or IT services environments
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying scope
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, especially Microsoft 365
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Moovila or ConnectWise Manage
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management
