About the role

African Safari Group operates in the luxury safari and travel sector. This role owns evaluating sales conversations, improving consultant performance and ensuring proper sales processes to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

What you'll do

• Listen to and evaluate consultant sales calls for engagement and quality
• Provide constructive feedback and identify coaching needs
• Develop call quality standards and evaluation criteria
• Analyze the full sales journey from enquiry to sale
• Identify bottlenecks and missed opportunities in the sales process
• Prepare reports on call quality, processes, lost leads and trends
