Account Partner - Veeva Basics (Existing Customers)

About the role

Veeva Systems is a mission driven SaaS company in the life sciences space that helps customers bring therapies to patients faster. This role owns managing existing European customers for Veeva Basics, driving renewal, adoption and growth within assigned accounts.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for European customers in Veeva Basics
• Advocate the value of the platform to C level executives and drive adoption
• Aim for on time renewals and upsell new applications
• Lead sales cycles using internal and external resources as appropriate
• Create and run regional communities of practice at an executive level
• Stay current with industry trends and address customer business challenges

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of work experience including 3+ years in R D or related domains
• Experience selling SaaS or similar services into Life Sciences
• Experience selling complementary or competitive solutions into R D
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to define and execute regional strategy
• Self motivated with results in sales to C Level executives
• Ability to articulate business cases and build executive level communities
