About the role

Aptura is an applied AI and data company that builds evaluation environments for AI. This role focuses on creating realistic Excel tasks from marketing analytics work to test AI performance in performing Marketing Analyst tasks.

What you'll do

• Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from your own marketing analytics work
• Extend existing models, fix broken ones, and build from a brief
• Work through each task to ensure a clear, correct answer
• Define precise yes-or-no criteria for automated grading
• Collaborate on task proposals and provide input during onboarding

• 3+ years in marketing analytics, growth, or performance marketing across paid, organic, or lifecycle channels
• Deep hands-on Excel skills including CAC payback, data cleaning and reshaping, pivot tables and chart selection
• Strong written English communication and attention to detail
• Interest in AI concepts and evaluations, with ability to learn new evaluation methodologies
