About the role

HelpSquad is a BPO company offering healthcare virtual assistant staffing and outsourced call center solutions. The Healthcare Sales Representative manages inbound leads, conducts discovery calls, prepares proposals, and guides prospects through the sales cycle, with some outbound outreach.

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
• Create tailored proposals and service recommendations using Google Workspace tools
• Maintain and manage leads and pipeline in Zoho CRM with strong follow-up discipline
• Execute targeted outbound outreach to high-value segments and build messaging strategies
• Nurture early-stage prospects and move cold leads toward warm conversations
• Communicate pricing, service models, and onboarding questions with confidence

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or lead generation
