Head of Supply Chain

About the role

The role leads end to end supply chain strategy and execution for two factories, from sourcing raw materials to delivery of finished products. It focuses on uninterrupted production, cost control, and high customer service levels across procurement, planning, inventory, logistics and governance.

What you'll do

• Develop and harmonise supply chain strategy, processes and policies across both sites.
• Lead procurement of raw materials and packaging inputs, negotiate contracts and assess supplier performance.
• Oversee S&OP, production allocation, material planning and inventory management.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, freight, and customs documentation to optimise cost and service.
• Own budget, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives using lean and data driven methods.
• Ensure governance, risk management, compliance and sustainability initiatives are embedded.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 12+ years in supply chain with at least 5 years in a senior manufacturing role, preferably plastics or FMCG.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle or similar) and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multi site operations and import dependent raw materials.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
