(French C1 & English C1) Order Processing Specialist, part-time (remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service provider delivering customer and technical support across multiple languages and regions. This role owns processing orders, reviewing information, and ensuring data integrity while working remotely.

What you'll do

• Read and review incoming emails in the order mailbox to log requests efficiently
• Handle inbound customer inquiries during evening or night shifts and provide timely solutions
• Review and validate order details to ensure accurate records
• Flag missing or unclear information across processed orders to maintain quality
• Compile and submit a comprehensive weekly issues report

• Excellent English and French communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
• Experience with end-to-end order processing, reports, and fulfillment tracking
• Strong data accuracy and high attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver weekly reports on time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Personal computer with stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
