(English C2/Native) Inbound Call Agent (Global, remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service provider working with tech clients across 60 languages. This role owns inbound customer calls to assist with account identification, cancellations and refunds, while maintaining a calm and empathetic customer experience.

What you'll do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone regarding account details, cancellations and refunds
• Gather customer information and route requests to the appropriate internal teams
• Communicate calmly and professionally, de escalating difficult interactions
• Follow procedures to ensure requests are accurate and efficient
• Proactively follow up on outstanding requests and provide necessary information
• Independently locate information to assist customers and resolve inquiries

What they're looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English at native or near-native level (C2)
• Clear speech and strong verbal communication skills
• Previous customer support experience
• Experience handling inbound customer calls and de escalation
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic and solution oriented
• Proactive, responsible, ability to follow procedures and work independently
