About the role

Aptura is an applied AI and data company that trains AI systems on real professional work. This role owns creating and validating realistic Excel tasks for equity research modelling, drawing from your own experience and turning it into test prompts and rubrics for AI evaluation.

What you'll do

• Draft realistic Excel tasks from your equity research work, extending models and fixing broken ones
• Work through each task to ensure a clear, correct answer is attainable
• Write yes-or-no criteria precise enough for a grader to assess attempts
• Develop task briefs and required input workbooks from real, sanitised data

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in sell-side or buy-side equity research covering a defined sector or universe
• Deep hands-on Excel skills including earnings extraction, calendarisation, SOTP valuation, data packs and nested formulas
• Strong written English communication and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn AI concepts and evaluation methods
