What you'll do
Own the enterprise healthcare function across health systems, payers, and pharma/medtech including strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution
Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each segment
Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team and close seven-figure deals with complex cycles
Lead executive briefings, negotiations, and high-stakes engagements with C-suite and boards
Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to scope integrations with EHR, claims, and telephony systems
Navigate BAAs, security reviews, AI governance, and regulatory discussions starting in week one
