Senior GTM Systems AI and Automation Engineer

About the role

Camunda is an enterprise platform for agentic orchestration that coordinates AI agents, people, and systems across complex business processes. This role owns the AI powered infrastructure that connects go-to-market systems and removes manual work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and Account Development.

What you'll do

• Design, build and operate AI agents, LLM integrations and automations for the GTM stack
• Own the architecture of the GTM Systems AI layer including MCP servers, APIs and pipelines
• Ship production grade LLM capabilities with governance, evaluations and cost controls
• Partner with GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver iteratively
• Raise engineering standards through code reviews, testing, CI/CD, security and docs
• Design and deploy workflows on orchestration platforms such as Camunda and Clay

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years shipping LLM or AI in production
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills and mature Git workflows
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, function calling and evaluation
• Experience integrating with Salesforce and other APIs, and with a cloud platform (GCP preferred)
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and communicate in a remote, asynchronous environment
• Nice to have: MCP, agent frameworks, vector databases, observability tools, and orchestration platforms
