What you'll do

• Lead and develop clinic leadership teams across Operations, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Medical Services
• Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, conduct reviews, and coach team leads
• Drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and patient experience
• Monitor performance across clinics and address operational challenges
• Oversee budgets, assets, vendor relationships, and service quality
