What you'll do

Own end-to-end problems from discovery to production in AI driven support systems
Bridge research and production by building agent systems that ship into real products
Develop autonomous voice and digital agents powering 10M+ monthly interactions
Experiment with and integrate latest voice and text models, including RAG and embeddings
Address hard edge cases like poor connectivity and low literacy with robust solutions
