About the role
Moniepoint Inc. is Africa’s all-in-one financial platform serving millions of businesses and individuals with payments, banking and business tools. This role owns the People Helpdesk, acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and ensuring accurate, timely guidance and routing within People Operations.
What you'll do
- Respond to employee queries through the helpdesk system with professional and timely resolutions
- Triage questions and route to HR Admin, Lifecycle, Talent Acquisition, or HRIS as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of People policies and systems to provide reliable guidance
- Update helpdesk FAQs, scripts, and response templates to reduce repeat questions
- Track and record all interactions for reporting and trend analysis
- Assist new joiners during onboarding with systems, documentation, and policy questions
