Senior People Operations Associate

About the role

Consensys is building the operating system for money with a remote-first, global team. This role owns global People Operations with a focus on Europe, contributing to PODS programs and driving scalable processes across the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle processes globally from pre-boarding to offboarding
• Prepare and process contracts and onboarding documentation in line with local requirements
• Administer leaves and benefits across multiple countries and coordinate with Payroll
• Partner with EORs and external vendors to onboard and support employees in countries without local entities
• Support immigration and relocation processes with external counsel
• Develop and document processes, enable self-service, and apply automation and AI where appropriate

• Experience in People/HR Operations in a global or multi-country environment
• Strong knowledge of UK and European employment practices, statutory leave, and GDPR considerations
• Hands-on onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle changes, and leave administration
• Familiarity with immigration processes and global hiring or relocation support
• Experience working with Employer of Record providers and managing vendor relationships
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now, and strong data accuracy skills
