Moniepoint builds digital payments and fintech products across Africa. This role leads the operational delivery of our early careers program, including university partnerships and internships. You will partner with the Senior TA Strategy & Enablement Manager to run campus presence and ensure clear, supportive experiences for students, graduates, and interns.
What you'll do
- Build and execute a clear playbook for engaging university students through hackathons, tech talks, campus career fairs, and communities; run the annual early-career recruiting calendar.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with Nigerian universities, student societies, and tech communities to create diverse talent pipelines.
- Deliver end-to-end internship experiences including recruiting, pre-boarding, cohort programming, manager enablement, and conversion to full-time roles.
- Design smooth application, screening, and interview workflows in our ATS and coordinate onboarding for each cohort.
- Provide mentorship to junior recruiters and help expand the early-talent function as the team grows.
