This is a hands-on Senior Site Reliability Engineer role; you will write code and infrastructure, own systems end to end, and ensure they stay fast, available, and predictable as we grow.
What you'll do
Own the reliability of core production systems end to end, instrument them, set targets, and be accountable for behavior under real traffic.
Define and maintain SLIs and SLOs for critical paths, wire them into dashboards and alerts, and use error budgets to guide fixes.
Lead incident response with systematic cross-service investigation, rapid restoration, and postmortems that produce actionable follow-ups.
Build secure, resilient, and cost-efficient infrastructure with explicit attention to failure modes such as timeouts, backpressure, and graceful degradation.
Improve change safety through progressive delivery, automated rollback, and meaningful pre-production signal and deployment practices.
Partner with product engineering teams on production readiness for high risk services and contribute to on-call improvements and runbooks.

Strong incident management skills with experience leading on high-severity, customer-facing incidents and improving postmortems.
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals, including networking, load balancing, Kubernetes (EKS), and Terraform.
Fluency in Go or Python and production-ready software development.
