Regional Sales Manager

About the role

MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is seeking a dynamic sales leader to head a team of Sales Representatives and achieve regional sales, profitability, growth, coverage and distribution objectives. This role owns coaching reps, managing distributors, and driving sales performance within the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Lead a sales team to meet monthly social marketing volume and value targets
• Achieve weekly sales operation metrics and drive distributor engagement
• Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve selling skills and productivity
• Manage distributor relationships to grow the business and ensure product availability
• Utilize SFA tools to monitor metrics and drive output across the team
• Prepare regular market intelligence and report insights to leadership

What they're looking for

• University degree in Pharmaceutical or biological/physiological sciences
• Minimum 3 years in sales management within Pharma or FMCG
• Strong industry contacts within the designated region
• Excellent commercial skills and ability to drive efficiency
• Self-starter with problem solving and proactive mindset
• Excellent written and oral communication and a valid driver's license
