Regional Sales Director - West Coast

About the role

CIQ builds enterprise infrastructure for high demand workloads, from operating systems to AI infrastructure and cloud-native orchestration. The Regional Sales Director - West is a player-coach role leading a team of 5+ Account Executives / Senior Account Managers in the West Coast territory, while carrying a personal quota and revenue accountability.

What you'll do

• Personally carry a full Regional Sales Director quota on named strategic accounts within the West territory
• Run personal outbound and inbound qualification motions, source, advance, and close opportunities end-to-end
• Maintain 3-5x pipeline coverage and keep MEDDPICC current on every personal deal
• Lead, coach, and develop 5+ direct reports across the region
• Run weekly deal reviews, objection handling, and skills-development clinics
• Join discovery calls, negotiations, and key customer meetings alongside reps on top accounts

• Experience leading regional sales teams and managing a personal quota in complex enterprise environments
• Strong MEDDPICC proficiency and pipeline/forecast management
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, and ramp sales talent and conduct performance reviews
• Track record of strategic account planning and multi-threaded engagement with top accounts
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and coaching skills
• Comfort with virtual, remote collaboration and travel as needed within the territory
