Channel Sales Manager

About the role

CIQ builds enterprise infrastructure for demanding workloads, spanning operating systems, AI infrastructure, HPC, and cloud-native orchestration. As Senior Channel Manager, you will own CIQ’s channel-led revenue as an individual contributor, including recruiting partners, enabling them, and managing distributor relationships.

What you'll do

• Identify, qualify, and recruit channel partners whose focus aligns with CIQ’s portfolio
• Develop existing partners through enablement, joint planning, and demand-generation coordination
• Own distributor relationships, margins, and incentive structures to extend partner reach
• Define program mechanics such as partner tiers, deal registration, and margin models
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, and product to align partner and market signals

• 8+ years in channel, partner, or alliances sales in infrastructure, open source, or enterprise software
• Proven track record of building partner relationships that produced real revenue
• Experience standing up or growing partner program mechanics like tiers and enablement
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to negotiate partner economics
• Hands-on operator who can perform outreach, enablement, negotiations, and co-sell activities
