About the role

Translated provides AI-assisted translation and localization services to clients worldwide. The role owns end to end interpreting project management, coordinating interpreters and sessions, ensuring quality, timelines and budget adherence across on site, remote or hybrid settings.

What you'll do

• Manage a diverse range of interpreting projects from request to final session
• Advise clients on suitable interpreting solutions and translate requirements into a project plan
• Coordinate and brief a network of interpreters and technicians
• Support sessions, run technical checks, monitor sessions and resolve issues
• Oversee budgets and profitability while maintaining service quality
• Collaborate on process improvements with Senior Project Managers

• Extensive interpreting industry experience with at least 2 years as a Project Manager
• Strong familiarity with remote interpreting platforms and equipment
• English proficiency with a preferred additional language such as German or French
• Strong communication, attention to detail and client-facing skills

• Wamiliarity with localization projects is a plus
