Platform Business Partner

About the role

SafetyWing is building a global social safety net for remote workers, offering health, insurance, and retirement products. This role owns and grows a portfolio of platform partners that help distribute the Remote Health product and drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Lead and close platform deals from outbound, inbound, and partner-led opportunities
• Manage platform relationships end to end: commercial talks, onboarding, growth, renewal, and expansion
• Identify and activate revenue inflection points such as launches, renewals, and new product releases
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with platform partners and propose growth strategies
• Design scalable systems and processes so partners can sell our product with minimal heavy-touch involvement
• Identify churn risks early and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate them

• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts or partners with clear revenue ownership
• Ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders and maintain long-term relationships
• Experience with platform or ecosystem partners in SaaS, fintech, or HR tech
• Comfort collaborating on API-driven or technical integrations with product and engineering teams
• Strong cross-functional operator with a track record of driving revenue outcomes
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
