About the role
SafetyWing is building a global social safety net for remote workers, offering health, insurance and retirement products. The General Manager for Nomad Insurance will own the product end to end, lead the Nomad Insurance team, and drive strategy, user experience and operational execution to scale the product from 30m to 300m in revenue.
What you'll do
Own the Nomad Insurance product line including strategy, goals and roadmap.
Lead and mentor the Nomad Insurance team across growth, engineering and design.
Define product goals, prioritize features, and push product improvements with the product team.
Own relationships needed to successfully run the product, both internal and external.
Ensure a delightful user experience and hit product and growth metrics aligned with company vision.
