Instructional Designer

About the role

ELVTR is a fast-growing online education company that connects professionals with industry leaders. This is a full-time, remote Instructional Designer role focused on creating and launching engaging online courses with high quality and learner engagement.

What you'll do

• Coordinate end-to-end production of live online courses from planning through launch
• Conduct market research to define objectives, outcomes, and target audiences
• Manage production timelines, priorities, and deliverables to stay on schedule
• Partner with instructors through course preparation and rehearsals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Student Success teams to ensure quality learning experiences

• Experience in instructional design, course production, project management, or related field
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Outstanding English communication skills, written and spoken
