SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service provider delivering customer and technical support in 60 languages for clients in 30+ countries. This role owns delivering multi channel customer support, resolving inquiries, and maintaining knowledge of client solutions in a fully remote environment.
What you'll do
Provide support via phone, email, chat, and social media
Assist customers with booking and transportation related questions
Answer inbound calls from drivers and resolve issues
Manage and track support tickets in Freshdesk
Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams
Build strong customer relationships and protect data security

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ability to handle inquiries across multiple channels
