About the role

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service provider delivering technical and customer support for tech clients. This role is a short-term Technical Support Consultant position with potential for long-term collaboration, focused on handling technical inquiries via email and chat.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support via email and chat in a professional and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions step-by-step
• Identify issue domains such as bulb, app, connectivity, setup, or user configuration
• Ask targeted questions to understand and diagnose problems
• Follow troubleshooting procedures and exercise judgment when there is no standard path
• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps clearly

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical customer support role
