About the role
iClosed is a profit maximizer for high ticket sales teams, helping them capture more leads, book more calls, and close more deals. You will be the friendly voice of the company, handling customer inquiries and keeping their experience smooth, primarily over chat with occasional video calls.
What you'll do
- Support customers over chat, email, and occasional video calls
- Stay quick, friendly, patient and professional in every conversation
- Escalate issues to the right internal team and follow through to resolution
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through fixes
- Help users connect iClosed with automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks or API
- Provide feedback to improve support processes and the product

- 1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar role
- English: speaking B2, written C1; basic knowledge of web apps and SaaS products
- Strong communication, ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Problem solving mindset, eagerness to learn, dedicated and hardworking

- Nice to have French language skills
