Enterprise Sales Director

About the role

Bland AI is building human AI phone agents and scaling its go to market in a fast moving startup. This front line leadership role will guide an existing enterprise sales team, own senior stakeholder engagement, and shape how the company sells at scale.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach a team of experienced enterprise sellers through deal reviews, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Close 6- and 7-figure deals alongside reps and drive executive conversations.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships across customer organizations.
• Own deal risk, stakeholder mapping, and accurate forecasting to guide strategy.
• Make hard decisions on pricing, escalation timing, and deal strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to shape GTM, processes, and hiring as we scale.

• 8-10 years of enterprise sales experience including front-line leadership of enterprise AE teams.
• Experience building and scaling a sales org with process, hiring, and structure.
• Track record leading a team against a 12M+ annual quota and closing complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals.
• Coaching that elevates reps and experience building playbooks beyond execution.
• Proven ability to multi-thread and build trusted C-suite relationships.
• Strong communication, data-driven approach, and comfort in a fast-moving startup.
