About the role
Welo Global is a leader in multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions serving over 2,000 clients in 300 languages. This role owns the locale's interpretation of quality standards and acts as the primary client-facing linguistic expert for English into Bosnian (Cyrillic), coordinating with the Post-Editing team and ensuring consistency across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.
What you'll do
- Analyze requirements and determine which quality categories and content types are affected
- Track client corrections and calibration notes to ensure alignment with documented standards
- Lead regular alignment roundtables and publish a monthly quality digest
- Coach Reviewers one-to-one, run shadowing sessions, and deliver data-driven training
- Propose style guide improvements based on recurring justification patterns
- Maintain strong client relations and escalate issues with evidence when needed
