WHO WE ARE
Own influencer marketing programs and special events with exceptional organization, proactive research, strong client communication and disciplined follow-through. Support select integrated marketing projects when needed.
Influencer marketing is the primary focus of this role. Event management is the second priority. Integrated marketing project management is a third, as-needed responsibility. This role is designed for someone who loves process, keeps many moving pieces organized and can take a project from kickoff through completion without losing the details that shape the client experience.
THE PRIORITIES
- Influencer Marketing: This is the core of the role. You will manage influencer programs from start to finish, including research, vetting, outreach, coordination, approvals, deliverables, timelines and reporting. Hands-on influencer marketing experience is required.
- Event Management: You will help manage special events and activations end to end, with particular ownership of research, venue and location selection, vendor selection, logistics, timelines and on-site execution. Prior event planning experience is a bonus.
- Integrated Marketing Project Management: On an as-needed basis, you will provide project management support for initiatives such as brand strategy development and website strategy and development. You will coordinate the work and keep it moving, while subject-matter specialists lead the actual strategy, creative and technical execution.
WHAT MAKES SOMEONE GREAT IN THIS ROLE
- You are a process powerhouse. You naturally build structure around complex work, keep trackers clean, document decisions, follow up relentlessly and create systems that make the team more efficient.
- You are highly organized and coordinated. You can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, approvals, people and details without letting things fall through the cracks.
- You take projects through to fruition. You understand the end goal, map the steps required to get there, anticipate what comes next and keep momentum through completion.
- You actively research. You do not wait for options to appear. You find creators, venues, vendors, partners, tools and information, evaluate them thoughtfully and bring forward well-developed recommendations.
- You are an AI-native power user. You use AI as part of your daily workflow to improve research, organization, documentation, process efficiency, information synthesis and project management while applying strong human judgment to the output.
- You think about the client experience at every step. Your communication is clear, responsive and polished. Clients know where things stand, what is needed from them and what happens next.

- Support campaign reporting by organizing results, identifying useful takeaways and helping translate performance into a clear client story.
- Continuously research creators, platforms, audience behaviors, cultural trends and emerging opportunities that could strengthen current or future programs.
2. Event Management
- Manage special events and activations from early planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up.

- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, approvals, deliverables, dependencies and decision logs.
- Coordinate the people responsible for strategy, creative, content, design, development or other specialized execution so work moves forward on time and in the right sequence.
- Translate client feedback and internal decisions into clear next steps, owners and deadlines.
- Flag risks, missing inputs or potential roadblocks early and help develop practical solutions that keep the work moving.
